Timothy J. Watson, Chair, Centennial Infant and Child Centre Foundation Board
Tim began his involvement with Centennial as a young child, integrated into the preschool program. He later became a volunteer working one-on-one with the preschool children, while attending law school. Tim is an associate lawyer at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.

Mike Moyer, CPA, CA. Vice President Finance, Interim Treasurer. Wittington Investments, Limited
Past Chair
Mike Moyer has been associated with Centennial for over 20 years and was a founding member of the Centennial Infant and Child Centre Foundation in 1996.  Prior to joining Wittington, he spent ten years in public accounting with the international firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Chartered Accountants and eight years with a national mortgage lending institution.  Mike is married with three grown sons and lives in Toronto.

Susan Chinery, Director
Prior to relocation to San Francisco for three years, Susan was a Principal and National Partner with Mercer, an international HR firm.  While in San Francisco, she became involved with the Village Project, an organization that provides after school and summer programs for children in high risk ares of the city.  She was also involved with the Sheena's Place Awareness Breakfast for a number of years.  Susan is a proud volunteer at Centennial in the pre-school program.

Marcel Ferreri, Director
Marcel is a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital Markets, focusing on International Equity Trading. Mr. Ferreri has spent the majority of his career working in the financial services sector, both in fixed income and equities. Most recently, Marcel was a director at UBS Securities Canada where he spent the last 10 years working in equities with a focus on Institutional Trading and Research. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of McGill in 2001. Mr. Ferreri resides in Toronto with his wife and daughter.

Pamela A. Hastings, Director
Pamela is Vice President, Private Client Group at Barometer Capital Management where she is responsible for client development and relationship management.  She has been a Director on the Centennial Infant and Childcare Foundation Board since 2013.   Pamela is pleased to be affiliated with an organization that has provided more than 1500 children the preschool experience and has saved thousands through the Early Intervention Program.

Chris Marsh - Director
Chris Marsh is the CFO of Blockchain Foundry. Previously, Chris spent 8 years at Richardson GMP and GMP Securities in Toronto, Canada, as an investment banker and corporate development executive. He also spent 4 years in London, England where he worked in corporate finance and asset management. Chris is a CFA charterholder and holds a Masters in Finance degree from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

Jennifer Watson - Director, Centennial Infant and Child Centre Board. P.Eng., MBA (Accredited with Professional Engineers Ontario)
Jen Watson is an Associate at Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. As a structural engineer, Jen works on projects across Southern Ontario ranging from hospitals to schools to community centres. She holds degrees from Queen's University in Civil Engineering (BSc.) and Business (MBA). Jen first became involved at Centennial as an integrated preschool student. Later, she volunteered and now she sits on both the Centre and Foundation boards.

Aleks Hristovski, Director

Aleks is a Senior Vice President at IMAX Corporation where he is responsible for product operations and program management. Aleks has spent over 10 years in the media and entertainment industry with experience in the operations, finance, business development and project management disciplines. Prior to IMAX, Aleks worked in the aerospace and transportation sectors for Bombardier Inc. and also with a private consulting practise. He graduated McGill University in 1996 and more recently obtained his MBA from the Warwick Business School in London. Aleks joined the CICC Foundation Board of Directors in September of 2016 and has a personal connection to the centre’s cause in that his brother was developmentally disabled. Aleks lives in Toronto and is the father of three wonderful and active boys.

Josh Picov, Director. BA, MBA. Vice President CIBC
Josh is responsible for senior client relationships across CIBC to build a deep breadth of cross- functional business alignment. Prior to his current role, he was head of Canadian real estate lending within CIBC's Corporate Banking team, managing a multi-billion dollar loan portfolio. Josh plays an active role in CIBC Children's Foundations a member of the donation committee.
